I had to shoot this before finishing my Nubert SP-200 series, as I bought these headphones already some weeks ago, but was so disappointed by the sound/price ratio, that I didn't even touch them since then. I want to return them to get my money back, therefore this video here.

I wonder how all these raving reviews of this crap even dare to be published.

Soundcore Life Q30, Earfun Free Pro 2 with Oluvs selections tuning (just brilliant) and the Verum headphones for late night listening on the couch my in/on ear is complete. I have no need chasing anything else.

Do you have Verum MK2 or the old version? I still have MK2 and could make an EQ for it

I have the MK2. Can I just say the tuning for the Earfun Free Pro 2 is just amazing. I used the 5450 setting as they worked the best for me. I could not believe how incredible they sound now. It blew my mind. As you get older you hearing starts to decrease, but I am fortunate that my hearing is still amazingly good. But lets face it, you can spend a fortune on hifi equipment but it becomes quickly a game of diminishing returns.

Maybe you are searching at the wrong place. What about trying a smalltalk company with lower prices?! Of course ist could be waste of time but without trying no one knows. Therefore i ask you to give Valco a chance. As headphone the Valco VMK 20 or 25 and they have a little Bluetooth speaker too. It is pbvious that both gadgets won‘t be as good as your tuned ones but maybe they are at last useful to some degree?!

I reviewed the VMK20, it was pretty bad. I doubt the VMK25 can be much better. I once had some discussion with their “sound engineer” who is responsible for their tunings. I am really surprised he can do this for living…
