Dimitar found that Ebay offer for the Earfun Free Pro OE. It would seem as if it became a serious "highend" unit little by little... at least regarding the price hahaha

No supply and high demand!! People are starting to recognize Oluv's talent and ability to tune earphones. Close to Etymotic sound with a much more comfortable fit!

I don’t think everyone is getting exactly the same result as me. Some perceive it muddy which is completely to what I hear.

Just bought one on eBay. No I didn’t pay THAT much, but still it was more than the original price. I paid nearly a £100 in total. I’m thinking I will most likely really like them as I did HD600 and Shure SRH1840. They weren’t perfect as the Shure’s had a lot of distortion in the bass, and the HD600 I don’t remember anymore how they sounded exactly, but they had a good frequency response. I like things flat and neutral as things sound in my treated bedroom studio with Sonarworks. I will update you how I like them here.

Very nice tuning indeed! I love the high trebles, the air, very skilfully done. Bass is perfect too. That leaves mids and lower treble. High mids is where I would personally put less emphasis, especially around the 2-4 khz area (I like to listen at higher volumes, so that could be the reason you emphasised these frequencies as you listen at lower volumes), but with time it might get less prominent. Instead I would emphasise 500hz a little more. There's sparkle and detail in the trebles, but with my ears i'm missing some 7-8 khz, however this is an area where things differ from person to person, so it's not easy to distinguish what should be the optimum setting. Really the EQ settings I did for myself were done so delicately It's almost unbelievable. It's nearly all within 1-2 dbs! I can imagine days and weeks spent on tuning these earphones. It's well worth even £100 which I paid. Thank you for doing such a great work on these earphones, finally a product that I'm satisfied with. I wish you would collaborate with someone on another project like this. All the best!
