JBL Partybox On The Go - frequency response measurements (Patreon)

The new Partybox On The Go measures pretty balanced without bass boost with just a tad too much mid bass around 100-200hz. Bass boost 1 would need more treble boost at the same time to get the sound more in balance, while bass boost 2 is just a bad joke.

Overall response is definitely more natural than on the Partybox 100, without that peaky treble, except bass, which has too much emphasis above 100hz for my taste.

Unsmoothened measurement shows some resonance at 800hz which is probably coming from the bassreflex ports. Similar issue we have seen on the Diamondboxx Model M3.

THD is pretty low and unsignificant at the measured level.
