The male is sitting on the edge of a medical bed in his underwear, facing the viewer. On either side of him are HuCow nurses wearing long nurse coats and nurse hats. We can see their bare butts, along with their balls/flaccid dicks, and cow tails hanging behind their legs as they bend forward/down and give the male injections on his arm and leg. They also are not hiding their horns very well, but the male does not see them as he is staring at the cleavage of the one who is bending over him. Otherwise, their nurse coats are hiding their front and genitals from his point of view.

Our HuCow nurses will be showing off a bit more cleavage with some buttons on the front of their uniforms undone, and the backsides of their coats will be hiked up by their tails, which will let us see their shapely butts, dicks, and balls.

The Illustration will have the following dialogue:

Patient: "Say ladies, once I get my new dick and buff bod, what do you think about maybe hanging out sometime?"

HuCow Nurse #01: "Easy there stud! After these booster injections, who do you think is gonna be in charge of your daily hormone therapy during the initial two week probationary period?"

HuCow Nurse #02: "She means you're going to be seeing us a lot during your time here, big fella!"

Patient: "Hot damn, this is going to be awesome! And to think that my healthcare plan covered this treatment!"

HuCow Nurse #01: "At least, during the first couple of weeks until the treatment takes and becomes self-sustaining, anyways! Just remember that you won't be allowed to leave the complex until your treatment is complete."

HuCow Nurse #02: "Yup! That's part of the contract you signed."

Patient: "I wouldn't dream of it."

HuCow Nurse #01: "Ok, applying the enzyme booster now."

HuCow Nurse #02: "Injecting the sustaining agent. Try not to squirm too much, handsome!"

In a TextBox at the bottom of the Illustration:

Bigwig #01: "Looks like we have another one. I'd comment on his stupidity for not reading the contract in full, but to be honest I'm just glad we're going to get new stock. We need more cows ASAP."

Bigwig #02: "It's pretty sad when we have to have some of them pretend to be nurses. They don't look professional at all... but at least the idiot hasn't noticed."

Bigwig #01: "Any idea on what he's going to become?"

Bigwig #02: "Negative. Results were inconclusive.  But at this rate, I think we have plenty of openings in pretty much every field for them. Demand is still on the rise."

Bigwig #01: "Indeed. All right, keep me posted on his status as he undergoes treatment."
