For voting tiers these are the top three I liked.  Pick one and I’ll do my best to make this into a hybrid pinup or a mini comic.  I reserve the right to use artistic license and make suggestions work to my storytelling ability.

1.)
Witch tries to curse her cheating boyfriend by turning him into the sort of woman she would despise. But said cheating boyfriend has stolen the identity of an innocent person, and now the innocent person is a brainless bimbo. Witch discovers this when she comes to gloat and discovers that she can't reverse the curse, only reduce the effects by staying close to her.  Said boyfriend makes the mistake of picking up the transformed girl later on...and the curse hits him in full and properly, returning the transformed girl's mind back to her.  Hilarity ensues from there.

2.) 

Boyfriend keeps dismissing or downplaying his girlfriend's complaints about the inconveniences of being a woman. The girlfriend snaps and magically turns him into a woman with a copy of her figure. She calms down and mischievously gets a copy of something of his, too. Implied sexy hijinks ensue.

3.)

A witch, aggravated at their neighbor for constantly parking in front of their house, has decided that she must turn them into a frog, however, she used the wrong wand and instead turns their neighbor into a hottie, that she then gets flustered at the sight of and hits on as the scene ends.
