So, I'm catching a bit of a hitch here in snap swap. Progress is going "well" but i'm burning out. The comic is no doubt coming out January. But I need to break up the work because it's getting monotonous. And as you can see with some of the early pages, There's a lot of detail. I'd like to take a break from the comic, and do a little other work. If that's alright.

And get back to it after the Christmas Holiday. I'll still be working on it lightly. I just lost a lot of Momentum And need to remember "9 panel pages with backgrounds in every frame is the key to burnout." I'm not going to switch projects in the long term and I'd still like to go straight into Lift Chapter 2 after this.  but it'll take a couple months vs. really digging into a comic for a Month straight, especially when you're a single person on this.

In the future I'll definitely be hiring someone to do Flats for me.

Some of the things I want to touch on during my break is some new sequences, work on some new stories. Because OMG, I've had a idea for a 8-ish page short comic series with the working title "My best friend is mooch."  Title not giving everything away to new viewers, but it involves second puberty. And I kinda want to have it be a surprise otherwise.

Another Idea i had was doing more chapter styled comics, keeping the acts separate Like those "8 page shorter comics" and having comics be more "Frequent." but mixing up what comes out. It's an idea.

In the end it's whatever works out for me. I can't force everything out, and I hope you enjoy what I make in the end.

Y'all are incredibly generous and support me and I cannot thank you enough. I know I'm not one for the holidays, but I can't help myself but wish you an Excellent Holiday, and Hope that you all stay safe and healthy!

More Art soon!

It’s already looking really good, Zee! Thank you for sharing what you have so far. Please take all the time that you need, burnout is never fun. Also, as a trans lady who first discovered her own gender euphoria through crossplay (or I guess, what I thought of at the time as crossplay), I’m very excited to give this a read once it’s done! Please enjoy the holidays, and take your time with this. None of us want you to overwork yourself. What you’re doing already is more than enough ^_^*
