The Brilliant Blue Bra is an item of legend in bay city.  Often attracting many people to it.  It has made many women more busty, filling and expanding its cups to suit the wearer. Or changing the wearer to fit the bra even better. 

After the wearer adjusts to it's Magic.. it often disappears to be replaced by a similar but not nearly as brilliant bra of a different color.
