Can't help but wonder in today's world where transgender individuals are more widely known to the general public if such a transition would slide. Let your employer know you were transitioning, take a week off from work, and if you looked sufficiently like your old self in face structure, skin tone, height, etc. people might just accept you went through a remarkable transition. Maybe wear less revealing clothing and play the new curves off as padding but over time start showing off the "new you" (from Pilates =P ).
