Warning before July hits! (Patreon)

This will be very brief, as I want to mention some exciting news to help explain just what is taking place here in regards to the whole episode 5 situation (v0.20), but I can't exactly and officially announce what is going on behind the scenes until I officially tie up loose ends with our current programmer within the coming days.

Firstly, the most important thing is that if you're on the fence still before Patreon charges anyone for July support. I don't blame you for wishing to cancel support until we have something physically to show, if anything I encourage it to simply be open and honest, as it isn't my wish to take advantage of anyone. ^^"

Moving on.. Our plan was to split episode 5 into 2 part releases due to the size of the episode content, but I think with how things have felt even recently. I'm at my wits end to put it nicely with how things are behind the scenes with the current situation and it's time to move on simply put. Many of you know that our plan was to find a replacement programmer that'd be a great fit for the long term of the project and I'm happy to say I do have someone in mind. (Sorry to anyone who reached out to me.)

I'll officially announce our new programmer early in July once I've wrapped up the loose ends with our current programmer in the coming days. It'll be a busy upcoming couple of days, but I'm looking to have this all sorted out and wrapped up this weekend.

Back to our episode 5 plan... Originally we were looking at splitting the content into 2 releases. Instead, we'll be releasing the whole episode all at once in mid July. Our newly picked programmer is going to need at the very least.. A week to adjust themselves to the coding that exists for MA and make any personal adjustments for their work flow, but I can say with confidence based on their track record.. There's no doubt about their speedy engine work. I fully trust them to get what remains wrapped up for us with haste!

Once again, please do what you must if you wish to hold off on supporting in July. There's really no offense in waiting to see how things pan out in the next 2 weeks roughly. Once I am able to officially announce our new programmer next week and we see the release of episode 5 shortly after, we'll finally break the awkward curse in development with speedy consistent, yet quality releases for the rest of the year into 2023!
