Behind the scenes: Bridget and Lola fixes in content. (Patreon)

It's that time again for behind the scenes! For those of you who might be new to supporting us, our behind the scenes posts normally focus on the writing. But sometimes it's focused on some other aspects. Mainly I give some insight into what's going on with recent writing efforts on new upcoming content. ^^

With that out of the way let's jump into it, this one will be a little different than other ones.

Before I fully go into it, for those who have missed it. These are writing changes and areas being fixed up in order to remove the little bit of NTR content from the game. For more details and our discussions taking place on that, feel free to chime in on it over here.

~Bridget content~

Day 6 section 2: Not too much was needed to be fixed during this area. As a light refresher, this is when Nova is helping with swim lessons for Bridget, with the choice for who to hang out with further. Once following Bridget back, she makes you come into the locker room and some events unfold here. The events still play out, but there was some mentions how she does these kinds of sexual acts for her fans and suggests that she would be willing to do the very same stuff to others in the future. So very light dialogue has been changed a bit with those mentions and replaced with other fitting dialogue, should feel good still.

Day 8 section 1: A little bit was needed here. As a light refresher, this is when Brandon, Joey and Nathan are checking out clubs and visit the gaming club. There was some tiny dialogue spots that happen while they're playing a fighting game together that felt out of place with how Bridget gets a bit flirty and tosses out some comments to Joey/Nathan. The big change for this is at the very end, where Nathan and Joey run off ahead of you. Leaving you and Bridget alone for a brief moment awkwardly, before Brandon leaves too.

Day 15 section 3: Very very lightly changed. As a light refresher, this took place during the festival. Bridget sits with Brandon and chats for a little relaxing moment, which has her bring up a mention before about how Brandon saw Joey and her during day 8 sec 1 (old version). It's a very brief moment that is changed and the rest is still intact as the same.

Day 19 section 3: Some mentions about stuff with her fans and such have been changed, but not very much has changed here. This is her confession moment.

That wraps up what kind of fixes are being made to Bridget's content areas, overall not very huge changes. Just removing and fixing up stuff that implies ntr aspects.

~Lola~

Day 8 section 3: A little bit of dialogue was changed here. As a refresher, this was Lola's intro when the boys check out the cosplay club. There is also a small change with some new dialogue for one of the choices towards the end asking about John to fit more in line with her new aspect story element as to why she gets special treatment at the academy.

Day 12 section 1: A good little bit of dialogue and text had to be changed here. As a refresher, this was the section where Brandon walks into the classroom early and it's implied that Lola was under his desk for some reason. Things with that have been changed and that aspect has been removed in favor of something else that's fitting.

Day 13 section 2: Some dialogue and text was changed here, mainly the way this area ends. As a refresher, this was when Brandon and Joey hang out with Lola in the cosplay club to help her model outfits. With a shared reward at the end if the player wanted to take part in it, so a good bit of that has been changed to something else that's more fitting to remove the ntr/cheating aspect happening here.

Day 15 section 1: Only a very very tiny mention has been removed, otherwise this area is mainly intact still. As a refresher, this is during the festival when helping Lola and Zoey out.

Day 15 section 2: Similar to the above, it had a very brief dialogue at the start where Heather brought up a rumor that Lola was secretly dating John and making them question how she gets away with punishments, etc. So very little on the dialogue was changed to something similar, but more fitting to what is going on for her new aspect to be figured out on day 19 section 3 onward.

(Below are big spoilers for Lola's new aspect story stuff, skip if you don't wish to know right now.)

Day 19 section 3: Roughly 60-70% of this area was changed, given it was the confession moment to date Lola. So it brings up how she was dating John secretly, etc. So this area had to be fixed up to not only remove that and stuff going on with that, but to also adjust the personal story to the new Lola aspect. So this area will give players a good idea what is going on for her personal story and how John is no longer linked to her in any sexual matter. Lola turns out to be John's niece with the new story aspect, nothing sexual going on and it helps explain why she gets special treatment, etc.

Lola's route part 1: Mainly the biggest change for this area was the ending sexual moments, given the current version of it focuses on the whole ntr element. In it's place, we see something play out with John showing up, but it'll be showing a more personal side to him that isn't seen since he's having a chat with Lola. Then once John leaves, Brandon and Lola decide how to proceed afterwards. The main thing is, that there is no sexual stuff happening anymore with John and Lola with this new aspect for Lola. It's simply that John is Lola's Uncle, Lola is John's brother's daughter and feels like he needs to protect and watch over her at the academy, etc. Without trying to fully spoil things too deeply.

~Conclusion~

So the major thing out of this, is that I wanted to keep what is currently seen in the game intact. While also removing the little bit of NTR content, again in our NTR post mentioned at the start of this post. We go into more detail on the other post about this change to MA for why we're removing NTR elements.

The biggest character this affects is Lola clearly, Bridget is to a much smaller extent. But I feel like the new aspect about Lola in it's place will make for a very unique and interesting route for her still, one that really makes it stick out to see another side of John.
