Behind the scenes: Day 12 Section 2 (Patreon)

Early preview of the writing for section 2.

This section focuses on Heather and a bit of Erika.

The section begins with Brandon hunting his sister down in order to help keep his promise to Heather from the previous day about her manga issue. He manages to find her and explains that Heather has a proposal for her to let Erika get revenge on her.

They figure out that Heather is at the band club, heading over and it seems like their club time is coming to an end as the door opens. Charlotte stands in the way and after a little bit of fun dialogue? Between them all, she sneaks past Brandon and Erika. While Brandon is busy noticing that Heather seems to know how to play the violin.

Other club members soon begin to leave, as Heather is one of the last ones out and notices them. They discuss the details about the deal, which comes down to Heather having to mess her diaper and walk around the academy holding a sign that reads "I'm a stinky girl who still messes her diaper". In return, Erika will supply her with the library checkout list to help her out. But she also mentions part of the deal will be that Heather isn't to mess with her or Miki ever again, which she isn't too happy but agrees to the deal.

Brandon is tasked with following her to make sure she does as told to up hold the deal, she does what she was told to do. But she's embarrassed and seems sad from the event, a few students shout out cruel things and there's a light choice for the player to stand up for Heather or ignore it. After wrapping back around to where Erika was, they see that she has the list for Heather.

Erika has to head off to meet Miki, but mentions that Brandon should stop by her room after he's finished. He agrees, as she leaves. Heather decides they should go track down who has volume 2 of her manga series for Brandon to read it to her, but he mentions she should get a diaper change. Based on affection, it can lead to two different outcomes here... Which I'll leave a secret, but trust me. They should be really great ^^

-Writer notes-

-I was looking forward to this section since after writing day 11 to build into this. It's got a lot going on through it and helps tie up some loose ends from previous days related between Erika & Heather, but we're unsure if this will truly be the end of any conflict for them? :P

-I wish to keep the unlocked parts a secret for this section, but it will be a very rewarding scene for those interested in Heather. It's hard to say if the requirement to unlock this is hard to attain, but I want there to be some stuff that's unlocked that really requires near max affection for when these things pop up if it's a meaningful reward. Which day 12 has quite a bit of that.

-Heather's tone seems to be getting less mean compared to how she began in the game, which is intended without spoiling anything. This isn't to say she doesn't have her moments still, but I don't want anyone to think she's being ruined for her character by mistake or anything along those lines. <.< I assure you I'm keeping an close eye on things for her and everything is going as planned.

-There was actually going to be one scene in this section that did get scrapped sadly. It'll most likely pop up later on in some way, but Heather was suppose to have a moment between after getting the list and the unlocked outcomes. Where the two go hunt down the student who has volume 2 checked out and it reinforces that Heather can still be really mean hearted if she wishes to get what she wants. It would've really helped for this section I feel like, but at the same time it would've been really pushing things over a balance of too big vs just right for word counts.
