Behind the scenes: Day 10 Section 2 (Patreon)

Early preview of the writing for section 2.

This section focuses on Zoey & Miki, as class just got out and it's time to eat.

We begin by leaving class with Miki, who is very ready to get something to eat. So they head off to the cafeteria, only for Joey to catch up to them and after a little bit of dialogue between them. It's decided that he'll join them, as they get there and buy their food. A familiar voice calls out to them to join them at a table, turning out to be Nathan sitting with Zoey.

Brandon starts to wonder if this will end well by having Miki and Zoey meet each other, as they all join together. They chat while eating and soon the two girls begin going back and forth non stop with their quirky, childish behavior. Miki finds her onesie really fun looking and Zoey mentions letting her have a stinky skunk onesie she has from her favorite kids cartoon show. Because of this, Miki decides to stand up on her seat and aim to transform into her magical girl outfit. Zoey stands up to join her but isn't really aware of the situation, just trying to join in the fun.

Brandon and Nathan both try getting the two to sit down before they hurt themselves, as Joey chimes in to say it's just getting good though. As Brandon took notice that Joey was looking up Miki's skirt, smacking him in the back of the head before moving on to getting the two girls to sit down and finish eating. Nathan decides to head out and leaves you to babysit the two girls, but you have your own plans to take care of and so you decide which of the two girl's dorm rooms they should go hang out at.

I won't go any further, but you get to choose to see how Zoey's room is like or Miki's but with added little bonuses. :P

-writer notes-

-With this section the hardest feat was to manage 5 different characters at once. Something that luckily doesn't happen often, because I do feel too many in a scene can really cause some to feel forgotten and lost within that section.

-This section is sort of a twist play on before the reboot, there was a lunch moment where you saw Brandon, Joey, Nathan, Miki and Erika together. But here I wanted to mix it up a little and it felt like tossing Zoey into this instead would make for some fun when paired with Miki. The topics and mostly all of this section does it's own thing compared to the version before the reboot, so it should feel fresh to everyone.

-The choice for this section felt like a nice world/character building one, where by choosing Zoey or Miki's room. You'll get to see a behind the scenes of how that character lives, things they like, etc. Plus there might be a fun extra added in to snoop around their dressers :P
