Ginkgosan's new comic project announced! (Patreon)

Hello, everyone! It's been some time since I posted anything related to my comic projects. I've never informed which projects are on hiatus or cancelled. For that reason, I'm very sorry.  I've been tried many things to find what's suitable for me and I gradually learnt things about myself.

What's the new project?

It's called 'Relic' which's a rebooted version of Relik. The story and art style are completely different from the previous version. Only some character names are presented in the new comic project.

How about a synopsis?

Ten years ago, 1988, an extraterrestrial species known by the name Snapjaw invaded the ‘alternate’ Earth. After years of war, mankind successfully repealed their forces. Many were captured as war prisoners for months before being moved to an unusual sub-section in Pacific ocean near South American named Absolute Geno-Front. Being sealed away from the outside world by a strange wall of clouds and monitored by the Earth's authorities, these snapjaws had no hope of returning home.

Fast-forward to the present, 1998, areas inside Absolute Geno-Front, called La Dorado consisting of seas and a large archipelago and also a hotspot for scientists to study ancient artifacts sealed inside. Snowball, an activist and a scientist who delicates himself for the movement for ‘alien’ rights, comes to La Dorado to collect and find evidence of human and snapjaw origin for convincing the court a change in laws regarding captured snapjaws' wellbeing around the world. The said evidence happens to be on the Relic, a colossal flowery tower on the west side of La Dorado which is the most dangerous area. Noel, the snapjaw, known to be the only one who ventured through the west side and came out alive. Snowball must work with Noel if he wishes to make it safe to the Relic and solves its secrets.

Release date?

Right now, I don't have any specific date for the release. What I can tell you now is that I have a plan of make the comic into 3 parts. The first few pages will be in colors and the rest in black/white.
