The design's partly serious and partly comedic. As you can see, the lower part is exposed sexually. That part's still optional; Either the wearer can put on another layer of pants on or get airflow on all sides like in the doodle. All the equipments require special kind of blood pumping to function. For example; the drill uses blood to circulate its spin, capable of piecing a hole in granite at ease, never mind a human body.
