i guess if you want to access the char uploader/downloader you need a VPN ? Japan ?

It's region locked to Japan, and has a filter rejecting a lot of VPNs, so really hard. I do grab content from the uploader every so often and upload it via torrent. I plan to update it soon-ish.

It isn't loading my HS2 Cards. They all default to same ugly face and hair style. 1.4 worked, but this one doesn't, and not sure why.
