Details:
Initially I will want a desktop app made (WPF). Specifications and Flowchart will be given upon start of task. Task will be set price, agreed upon.   

Upon completion, if work is sufficiently satisfactory and timely, there is an opening for a much larger project paying monthly for several months (3+ months), Related to Project Railgun.
