I have for the longest time attempted to stay apolitical, I don't think most of you are here for my hot takes on the latest world stupidity, so I've decided to keep a lid on it.

I let that slip a tiny bit to show support for Ukraine during the hard times faced by the country currently by changing my profile picture to the Ukrainian flag... and I should've seen what comes next coming a mile away...

I have been engaged to assist with dissemination of illegally obtained information as relates to the Russian Federation, so best I place my cards on the table. Here's my super rare hot take.

My thoughts go out to those defending their homeland. The country I'm from have historical experience defending the home country from aggressors. The current war is... well... absurd. There's no road to any discernible victory state for the aggressor, may be my less than experienced military mind at play, but this just seems like useless bloodshed.

I support Ukrainian ascension to EU and NATO membership, and am arguing for as much in my capacity as a private citizen, hell, I'd support NATO boots on the ground, but that's about as far as I can take it. My opinions and arguments.

I don't think engaging in doxxing and spreading of individuals private information is a super good idea, call it personal morals. I have respect for groups that may embrace such methods, but that's a step too far for my, frankly confused, morals.

I'm sure Ukrainians are super tired of hearing this, and would love to see actual action, but my thoughts are with you. Combined with my capacity as a private citizen arguing for what I think is right, is pretty much all I can do about the matter.

And yeah... that's... pretty much all the politics I'll let slip, hopefully forever. I am a very opinionated individual, but... That is not what y'all are here for.
