Seeking dev help for project (Patreon)

Good day.

I'm in the planning phases of a project, but the scope of the project, while not massive, is still more than I reasonably can get rolling on my own given my current backlog.

Preferably looking for one dev with competencies in both, but two separate people are fine by me. 

Quick overview of the project:

(On purpose light on details, need to talk this over if someone takes this on)

Web frontend with login system and admin panel (for opening and closing site functionality as well as issue bans). Site should accept uploads in zip and zipmod formats and deliver it to a backend service (Still evaluating options for backend services).

Preferably not WordPress. Should be quite light.

Serverside a application (Linux, Headless) will be needed to track changes in a folder where files from the frontend content eventually turns up, performing some file structure checks, rezipping etc... preferably integrating with sb3u for more advanced content testing.

This project code will not be public at this time, though as with all other behind the scenes content, it's set to go public/opensource at the time that I am unable to continue maintaining this project and am unable to "pass the torch".

I'm working on a more detailed design document, but as I said, will probably need to discuss this with whoever decides to take on the project.

Pay for this project is not set in stone, so do come at me with estimates.
