Small status update (Patreon)

Hi there everyone.

Just want to give a little SitRep on what's going on here, and you can expect going forward

KK

KK had a poll regarding (**REDACTED**) a bit ago, and no I haven't forgotten, I have actually commissioned (**REDACTED**), and it's coming along quite well. I will be needing someone to help me run QA on it in a bit, so do tell me if anyone is up to do that. I also plan to keep (**REDACTED**) with a target at getting the whole game (**REDACTED**) once and for all. That will take some time tho, and see releases as they complete, and I plan to do so in the order that the vote went (**REDACTED**).

This is a costly endeavour, so thank you to everyone supporting me, making this possible.

For the time being, expect a small update pack, or a hotfix to update some select important mods shortly

PlayHome

This pack is no longer a priority pack, as it has reached a good stable place for now, I will be working at the next pack in between other stuff, as I'm projecting about 350-400h work on this, and would very much like not to get burned out, so not going all in on that till I'm a good ways into it by bits and pieces work.

HoneySelect2/AI Shoujo

For the most part these two packs are in maintenance mode now, barring the VR update for HS2 where only HS2 will see a update alone, I plan to keep them updated step in step, or at least rather close to each other.

Emotion Creators

This is currently in a good place all things considered, but will also need a Hotfix to update some mods eventually, but I don't consider that a rush.

HoneySelect 1

I now consider HS1 on hold until further notice, and do not plan to update that anytime soon. It will get a update as a consequence of the PlayHome pack work, but that will likely be the final HS1 pack.

Misc

I've been lucky and managed to commission several mods lately... the MuteWhileUnfocused mod, Moreaccessories for PH/EC, PHAPI, PH ABMX, some clothing mods etc. I still plan to commission further mods as long as the modders in question are up to it.

I have also put a bounty on making proper animation mods for H-scenes and a documented workflow to allow others to learn said workflow. This bounty is $1000, so do take a look at that if you feel up to it.

I don't plan to take on new projects now, but I will do preliminary inspections into other communities for expanding my selection, though several communities have members that've told me to stay away, so will stay away from those. This is not a guarantee that I will expand, but something I'm looking into that may or may not come to fruition.

I also plan to take a step back for a spell when time allows and work on some utilities and tools for my packs, as well as getting some time for messing around with 3D modelling and texturing, so quality of life stuff, but this is rather low priority.

Updater

Now, as some of you recall, I kicked off a test of a new download source for mod updates a while back, hoping to make it public... I can't make it public, there's just too much traffic on the public updater that I can defend that risk.

So as of the turning of this month that'll enter the $5 tier as a reward, and I will be allowing ManlyMarco (the creator of HF Patch and KKManager), 2155X (Server admin and user assistance) and DeathWeasel (admin of the KK modpack) to offer the same on the same tier at their patreon. If it still ends up blowing up, I'll need to take it up in tier, but here goes hoping that it'll work out at this level :-)

In addition to the EU download config currently available, I'm planning on setting up a US mirror as well for the patreon tier, but these are S3 services, so they can blow up in price QUICK, thus why I can't offer that publicly when traffic to the public servers already is in a insane rising trend. I'm in talks with Marco to find a better way to distribute updates tho in the future, but still a WiP

Hopefully you all understand that this is a needed action >.<

A lot of things here doesn't yield immediate visible results, so yeah... Please have patience with me...
