KK R8 --> R9 updater (Patreon)

Hello there!

When I originally released the R9 release of KK, I were unable to create a updater, so that version got released without one.

In the meanwhile, I've been looking into workarounds for future packs, and I have now implemented that into my workflow, so that should not happen again (hopefully).

This takes us to the problem update, the R8 --> R9 one. People have been routinely requesting the update, so I have gone back and created one for those that've been hanging around on pre-9 since they don't want to download the whole game again :)
