Since description from wikis are spoilerific and this is a new game at this point, I'll just link the page for Saeko and Nanoha and not copied the text.

Saeko is a party member in the game so we get to know her more. She's sassy, badass, and competent female character which is actually kinda rare in Yakuza games. Nanoha is her estranged twin sister, appeared in the story but not by much. She has a very different personality though, more feminine, soft spoken, bit too naïve and easily conned.

I LOVE Yakuza: Like A Dragon. The characters are great, and Saeko is no exception. Nanoha served mostly as backstory and character growth for Saeko, and I don't mind that. Best thing of them being twins is that I can just port one face with two different hair and boom, double character.
