This is Kana from Yakuza Kiwami 2. In the game she's one of platinum hostess that player can recruit after you beat her club in Cabaret Grand Prix. Basically as platinum hostess you can dress her up, take to a date to raise her affection and stat, finishing their subplot, and of course taking her to karaoke so she can sing her hearts out while your almost-40yo main character guy cheering in the background. Yes, Yakuza games are that glorious.

For the included card I gave her hair color lighter brown because that's what I used to see on her real life model. Yes, like Kirara she was modeled and voiced by adult video star/singer Kana Momonogi. You can google more info yourself, I don't want any trouble for posting anything about that here.

It's a shame because I would love to talk about her more, she's one of talented and hardworking girl in the industry. But it is what it is. Regardless, I think the model captured her likeness nicely.
