Updated Tier Benefits and Goals (11/18) (Patreon)

Starting from just-released Kaoru HS mod below this post, here is how things goes for now

1. HS mods will still be available for public after 7 days, but now $5 tier will have the earliest access and $1 tier 4 days later (that is 3 days before public).

2. Since I have to change access between tiers and public later manually instead of using Patreon early access function, please remind me if I forget or missed the timing.

3. Every Patrons can participate in polls, with higher tier having more weight in their votes. The multiplier will depends on the current number of Patrons.

4. That exclusive XPS model variant I promised, yeah I don't see any demand for it. I was planning something like Yuki in Kaoru suit for example, but something like that isn't my specialty and I just can't think any good idea for it.

5. Since some people asked for it, I'll make HS tutorial for importing custom head and hair to complement or update the one made by Roy12 as $100 goal.

6. Therefore I moved the PC upgrade goal higher up because realistically, $100 can't even buy decent CPU or GPU.
