The hotel management system is going to be changed to be more connected to the characters and the story.

You will be able to check on all of the girls working for you. You can always choose to reward or punish them like you see fit, but if you do it wrongfully, income won't go up.

More and more punishment/reward options will become unlocked with the story. For the next version, each girl will have one of the hotel stats checkable (e.g. check Alice for cleanliness of the Hotel), but in future versions each girl will have more checks available to them.

Eventually you will also stumble over some random events at which you have another choice to punish/reward the girls (e.g. you might find a hotel room that hasn't been cleaned correctly).
