No, that there is a trans girl, and only in specific versions of the game, NONE of which are the one I'm betting you played. It's also extremely common knowledge at this point, it doesn't magically change the content of her character, and no one, I repeat, NO ONE actually gives a shit what hypothetical genitals this cartoon shadow creature has, except people like you who think in the ass-end of 2020 that it's still en vogue to try and scare people out of being fans of this character and/or finding her attractive by "warning" them that she's trans and making awful remarks about her. As a matter of fact, you're pretty much acting exactly like Beldam did in the versions of the game where Vivian is confirmed or strongly hinted to be trans. But hey, like I say to people in the Street Fighter fandom who react the same way to Poison, if you can think of even one legitimate reason why your fear that she may not have been born physically female means we all have to suddenly decide we're repulsed by her, then by all means, let's hear it.

Well his major character is my sisters are mean to me but this plumber is nice to me so ill join. There is no reason why the sister is mean either the Japanese version gives more context to it. But ok PC police

HER character is more than that, and Beldam was mean to Vivian in more ways than, well, doing exactly what you're doing. It seems you also managed to miss the fact that Beldam was one of the villains and literally portrayed in a stereotypical wicked witch-like manner. It's not being "PC police", it's called being a decent person. Who doesn't think "warning" people that a character is trans will/should make them stop liking that character.
