Water 7, also called the Capital of Water, was a wondrous Island City in Paradise. One of the three things that it was famous for throughout the world was its Shipwrights, who were considered the best in the World. The second thing it was famous for was its Sea Train, which had been built a few years ago, and lastly, it was famous for its beauty.

The city was built on a tiered housing system, which made it resemble a massive volcano, and it had the world's biggest fountain at its apex.

Throughout the city, there were waterways and canals, some even wide enough for Marine Warships to travel on them, and it had beautiful sidewalks around those water channels where lovers loved walking in the evenings.

Because of its romantic canals, sidewalks, bridges, shopping district, and breathtaking architecture, Water 7 was also called The City of Romance.

After a week-long journey, the Blackstar Crew had arrived at their Destination.

They had only stopped for a day near the waters of Sabaody Archipelago, where Sin had gone on the Island with Lily to meet someone, and two of them had brought back supplies to continue their journey.

As much as everyone else wanted to visit the famous Sabaody Archipelago, they did not insist on it when he told them that they would not be coming with him. They all knew he had his reasons, and they obediently followed his instructions.

And now, as they looked at one of the most, if not the most stunning places in the world, they found themselves entranced by it and yearning to step foot on land.

"Wow..." Hiyori had sparkles in her eyes as she hugged his arm and looked at the fountain at the apex of the city, which was truly a sight, unlike anything she had seen before in her life.

And the rest of them had the same reaction as her, even the old man Wolf, who was dumbly looking at this famous city.

A short while later, they docked at the Rocky Cape, which was located on the outskirts of the city, and Sin had chosen this place because there was no one around.

"Let's go."

"All of us?" Wolf raised his brow, glancing at his Submarine, and Sin smiled at him.

"We will take it with us."

"What?" The old man confusedly looked at him, but then his mouth dropped open when he heard Lily giggle and watched her place her hand on the Submarine, turning it smaller and smaller until it was the size of a coin.

"Here." She handed the now miniature ship to her Captain, who stored it away inside his coat.

Shachi and Penguin were shocked too, but when they saw the expressions that Wolf was wearing, the two boys burst out laughing, rolling on the ground as they found his reaction a little too funny.

"You are amazing!" Hiyori reverently looked at Lily, who was very happy to hear her compliment.

"Come on, guys." Yamato, who had impatiently walked ahead, urged them to hurry up, and they complied as they followed her towards the entrance of the city.

"Rental Bull Shop?" Desire curiously read the name on the signboard, and Sin smiled at her.

"Yes." He nodded and then walked ahead of them, catching up with Yamato, and crossed the bridge to enter the shop.

"Hey, old man, we need 5 Yagara Bulls." He said to the man who was reading the newspaper, not expecting visitors to come from this entrance, and his address ticked the man off a little.

"Whom are you calling an old man, Brat..." His words stopped in his threat when he raised his head and saw who was standing in front of him, and then he fearfully gulped and shot off his chair.

"I will get them ready, Sir!"

"What's a Yagara Bull?" Hiyori curiously asked, and then felt someone tap on her shoulder.

It was Desire, and she was pointing at the canal on their left.

Except for Sin, everyone else was visiting the city for the first time, and he thoroughly enjoyed their reaction as they looked at the sea animals who were carrying around people down the canal.

"They are the main means of transportation in Water 7..." He informed them, and then even took them to the aquarium, where the owner was preparing their rides.

"I want the red one, Old Man!" Yamato told him, and the man immediately nodded to her before he called out to the red Yagara Bull, who was slightly bigger than the rest and happily came over and picked up the carriage on its back.

When all their Bulls were ready, Sin paid 10,000 Berries for them, and then he picked up Hiyori and sat her on the sea-green coloured bull, and joined her in the backseat.

Shachi and Penguin picked their Bulls, Lily and Desire shared theirs, and Grount and Wolf sat on the smallest one.

Yamato had one all to herself, and she was quite excited about it.

"Show us around the city, and then take us to Cashing, on the Main Street of the Shipbuilding Island. Also, make sure to have fun." Sin instructed the Bulls, who all neighed in acknowledgement before they started moving.

"Can't you go faster?" Yamato complained, but her Yagara Bull just neighed at her but kept the same pace.

However, soon, she was enchanted by the surroundings as they went deeper and deeper into the city.

As Sin had instructed, the intelligent creatures showed them all around the city, and they did not forget to have some fun either.

The Oni Girl cheered her Yagara Bull when it suddenly picked up speed and moved up the hill, against the water current.

They finally learned how fast these Bulls could go, and when they simply jumped off the watercourse at a great speed, falling dozens of metres down into a larger canal, the boys panicked a little.

However, to their amazement, their landing was not harsh at all, and when they smelt the appetising aroma from the nearby shops, they all could not help but salivate.

The Yagara Bulls took them to a Foot Stall, where large pieces of meat were hanging for display, and Sin, already knowing why they took them there, ordered the old ladies to give them all the Mizu Mizu Meat that she had in her shop.

She was elated at the prospect of such a big purchase and got everything ready in a matter of minutes, and those of the crew, who were curious why Sin was ordering so much, understood it the moment they bit into the meat.

"It's so delicious and soft!" Lily had tears in her eyes as she unceremoniously devoured one piece after another, and it was only after Sin's reminder that she fed her Yagara Bull some Mizu Mizu meat as well.

The old lady was amazed when she watched the white and green-haired girls devour almost all of the meat on their own and sighed when she heard them ask for seconds.

"There's a few more shops down the canal." She guided them to the next shop since it was going to take her a lot of time to prepare more, and Sin paid her in full before he took his crew to the next shop.

By the time they arrived at one of the Water Lifts that led up to the Shipbuilding Island, they had cleaned up all the Mizu Mizu Meat in the Food Street, and both Yamato and Lily had content smiles on their faces.

Hiyori was boring in a cute blush as she refused to meet Sin's eyes, a little embarrassed at how much she had eaten. She never thought she could eat so much in her life, and it even scared her a little when she still found some room in her stomach.

Thankfully, she was wearing a half-mask now, which Sin had bought for her along with his when they were in the shopping district, otherwise, she would have been even more embarrassed.

They thought they had seen a lot already, but when they entered the lift, and the door closed, allowing the water to rise and take them over a hundred metres up, they were amazed at how ingeniously the city used the water for everything.

And the Shipbuilding Island was unlike anything they had seen before.

The buildings on the Island were huge, and the Fountain looked even more beautiful from up close.

When they looked at the sign on a tall building, they learned that they were in District 1, where Dock 1 was situated, and they could already see and hear the constructions that were coping on in the yards.

The Yagara Bulls followed Sin's instructions and led them to the Downtown, to Main Street, and all of them got off in front of a silver building which was called Cashing.

When they entered it, they learned that it was a private bank, and after Sin talked to the Receptionist, they were led to an office where the manager, who also happened to be a master of appraisal was sitting.

"Welcome to Cashing!" The man stood up and politely greeted them, and when Sin took off his mask, all the colour left his face.

"Long time no see, Mr. Ishigo."

"Sir Warlord..." The man with a pointed moustache sweated as he bowed to them and was even scared to sit down even after Sin took the seat at the table.

"I remember you trying to short-change me last time..."

"Forgive me, Sir Warlord!" He immediately asked for forgiveness, almost begging for his life, and Sin smirked at his behaviour.

"Show me your sincerity then, and I shall forgive you." He said and took out a pouch from his pocket and threw it at the man, who carefully caught it and got to work.

He was a little amazed at the sparkling diamonds that he found inside the pouch, but did not dare ask any questions and worked honestly to appraise them.

"Each of these stones is worth 8 million Berries, Sir." He informed them. "I will buy all of these 33 stones for 265 Million Berries."

"9 Million each, and you will give me 300 Million Berries, Mr. Ishigo."

The words nearly made the man cry.

"I swear I am speaking the truth, Sir."

"I know." He smiled. "But you will give me 300 Million Berries for them to overcome our differences from the last time."

The man cried tears of blood in his heart because as far as he remembered, Sin had caught him lying the last time and had extorted millions more than the true value of the treasure he had exchanged. And now, he was extorting even more millions.

"Yes..." He helplessly said, and then called to his team to get the Cash ready.

"Wise choice, Mr. Ishigo, now we can talk some real business." Sin smiled at him and reached inside his pocket, taking out a beautiful yellow gem, which was nearly as big as Hiyori's pinky finger.

The man instinctively reached forward with his trembling hands, and his eyes sparkled with the shine of the gem in his hands.

"How much?" Sin asked, and Ishigo went straight to work as he started appraising it.

"I will give you 75 Million Berries for it." He nervously after he was done appraising it.

"Deal." Sin smiled, having sensed that the man was not playing any tricks on them.

Minutes later, they walked out of Cashing, carrying four suitcases that contained a total of 375 Million Berries, and Sin led them to the Headquarters of the Galley-La Company, which now owned all seven Docks in the city.
