Added formation editor, Multi-threaded loading players and teams (hopefully it will be faster and won't cause any issues) and fixed some bugs causing crashes.

  •     - Added team formation editor
  •     - Multi-threaded loading players and teams.
  •     - Fixed crashing when trying to open players editor with selected non existing player
  •     - Fixed crashing when trying to open teams editor with selected non existing team
  •     - Fixed crashing when trying to open transfer panel in players editor after remove changes

For some reason when you force a transfer on using the editor and/or the cheat table, players do not show up when using the formation editor. For example, I force loaned a few of my young and upcoming players to decent sides so that they would progress better, however I cannot force them into the other teams lineup. Please could you fix this? Thank you, keep up the great work.
