In the single "HOPE," NF explores themes of fatherhood, faith, healing, and overcoming personal battles. The song is split into two parts, with the first part focusing on NF's self-reflection and the second part depicting his determination to change and evolve. The track's sound is characterized by a dramatic build, starting with piano chords and transitioning to staccato stringed instruments and a pulsing echo of voices in the background.

In addition to the single release, NF has also released a music video for "HOPE," directed by himself and collaborator Patrick Tohill. The video features various scenes that portray NF wrestling with his demons and reflecting on his past self.
