This is definitely one that has a couple of troupes that kind off annoy me, things that don't really make sense to fit the plot, like how is it she can't find another partner at this gifted school and it turns out there is and she gets all these dancers, where were they before? lol. And honestly I couldn't stand Skinny, he annoyed me so much, I felt bad for his mom more then anything, the only good thing was it helped develop Mac. But I can't help but love it, I think a big part is I'm a sucker for dance films, I can't dancer at all but I've always wanted to so I really appreciate it when it's done in films. A few things, Miles was played by Mario a pretty famous R&B singer, really great voice. And Nora's actress is a professional dancer. Another movie she's in that has a lot of similarities with this but I think even better is Take The Lead with Antonio Bandares. I think you guys would really enjoy it since you liked this one.

I joined for this! Am I concerned that this is the kind of content that wins me over? YES! Am I ready for an adrenaline-fuelled cringe-fest? ALSO YES! LET'S GET IT!

Channing’s movie debut was in Coach Carter, This was his second movie and first time he was the lead. Did you guys know that Channing ended up marrying his leading lady, Jenna Dewan, and they have a daughter together. They divorced after 10 years. If you do watch any more of the Step Up franchise, they focus on hip hop dancing and in each move the dancing and choreography gets crazier and crazier. It’s hard to believe this movie came out 18 years ago.
