Making a biceps flex animation is a very complex endeavor in order to make it look realistic and natural. I believe this is my best biceps flex yet!

great job! love the slight variation at the end. the fully flex biceps look awesome, but I also really like how the half-flexed biceps looks just before she twists her forearms with the visible striations

This is the whole thing, varying the morphs the rate at which ther increase and change shape, the way the biceps gets peaked, and the strength of the displacement mapping etc... It may be a short animation but believe me it takes time to animate... :)
