Status Update 2 - September 23 (Patreon)

Okay, now that things have settled and most of the slots are filled, hopefully that's the last big disruption we'll have to deal with here for a while.

If you were desperately set on getting a tier that you didn't get, contact me either on patreon or discord, and we can discuss how to handle it. You never know, I might be able to work something out for you.

For everyone else who's paid the old shorts tier subscription this month, I'm happy to offer refunds, which should get you your money back (I believe patreon's refund system is capable of that). Alternatively, I will be running one last 'short requests' group for the old tiers, this time for 1k worth of fic each (in line with the new prices), so that money isn't wasted.  If you'd like a refund, please contact me, otherwise the short request post will go up at the normal time.

Sorry for how messy this has been - it's been difficult to make patreon's systems work, but ultimately the responsibility is mine. With any luck, we won't have to do any of this again for a long time, and if that day ever comes, I'll be taking the lessons learned from all this to make it a smoother, simpler experience.

As always, if you have any issues, just give me a poke and I'll see what I can do to help. In the meantime, have a good September, all - and I'll see you on Wednesday.
