Could be from a magic setting like Legend of Zelda with a monster girl minion, or a more modern one like Sailor moon or My Hero Acadamia and the victim is converted into a loyal thug.

Slut Saviors: Lightning (FF13) and Serah get a new focus from a fal'cie revered as a goddess of fertility and lust, becoming a pair of kinky bimbo sisters 

Waifu Factory: Robots based off of characters are built and sold, with custom modifications, testing, or even the occasional escape attempt going on.

Viva La Revolution: Blake's clones gain sentience and decide to overthrow their overlord - bimbofication style.

STRQ Times: Summer and Raven end up hypnotised by Qrow and Tai, both becoming barefoot and pregnant wife types!

Just in time for Neo to get Raven to use her Semblance to get them out of there, the shortstack leaving with her cows and all the cream the little ice cream addict could want.  

House Always Wins: (Fate) Arturia Ruler is busy managing Casino Camelot, making a profit and brainwashing difficult women with her massive tits. However, when she gets a surprise visit from her own alter version (just as sexy and busty in her blackened bunny outfit, and twice as devious) she gets to get a taste of her own medicine when alter titnotize her sharp business mind into her tits. After finding a suitable place for her brainless purer version with her now HUMONGOUS boobs, Alter then steal her outfit to impersonate her and take over the casino.  

Collaring the Cat: (Bleach) Ichigo is tired of Yoruichi’s relentless teasing. However, while helping (getting tricked) Urahara clean up in some of his old inventions he finds something interesting that can help with Yoruichi. Getting Yoruichi alone Ichigo brings forth… a golden bell on a stick, a cat’s toy. Initially unamused, Yoruichi finds it hard to take her eyes of it as it sways, the lights reflection the ringing rather entrancing. Yoruichi becomes dumber, her thoughts slow, her breasts inflate as cat ears and a tail grow on her. Soon she’s a nice, mindless and devoted kitty to her master, and he'd like to put some kittens in her womb.

You guys gave me a lot of fantastic options this month, and I kinda wish I could write them all! But even I have my limits, so, time to pick one to stand above the rest for July's bonus story!
