Here's a tip most of you probably already know. Don't start smoking. Because quitting sucks. Well actually, quitting smoking isn't that bad, it's quitting nicotine that sucks. About a year ago I quit smoking and moved to vaping entirely in an effort to eventually quit. Well, I'm officially on day 5 of no nicotine. It's the first time in a decade I've had no nicotine in my body.

So as you can imagine, this week has not been fun. A lot of stress, which has meant slightly less progress than otherwise, although not much. I've just been taking breaks a bit more often than I would to do something to distract myself from wanting nicotine. Which on the plus side means I've done a lot more exercise than I usually would!

What progress have I made then? Well all of Serena's content is now complete, I finally figured out how I wanted Amber's scene to go and where her story will lead and in doing so, I've created a bunch more work for myself, but I think it'll be worth while.

Over the next week I'll be launching a couple more polls, completing the wallpaper for this month and hopefully be posting the next beta at the end of next week. So overall, I think progress is going well.

The book I used to help me quit after 15 years of smoking is "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking” by Allen Carr. Because I know first hand any help is good help when you are quitting 😊
