Don't think so, I have made her the focus though before, making the poll winner second place in an update to balance out the lack of Serena story

You ever think about carrying the votes from the losers of previous polls over? That can help balance things if one girl is consistently winning and the others consistently get a minority of votes.

could also try weighted votes. if a character doesn't get in, but had some votes, then multiply next rounds vote by 1.X, where X would be = (# character's votes)/(# votes the most popular character had). I'm not entirely sure how much this would help or hurt, but its an idea...
