V0.2 Beta #1 (Patreon)

The first beta of V0.2 is here! I've changed the introduction and removed the option to skip it as far too many people were just clicking through it without reading. I've had 3-4 negative reviews complaining about not being able to disable futa content, despite the intro explaining you can turn it off. So now everyone is forced to suffer!
