The 37th Cartographic Congress Vote (Patreon)

After the first message calling for proposals this month, I only got one response, but after the second, I got another nine. Some people told me they saw the message in their Patreon inbox, but didn't get the usual email notification about it, which may have been the issue. In any case, everyone seems to have gotten the second one, so I think we're good. Anyway, this month's proposals are:
Senator Anders proposes the Nuur al-Dini temple, devoted to a sun goddess. It will be similar in style to a grand mosque, with an ablution fountain, courtyard, hospital, congregation hall and a minaret to greet the rising sun.
Senator Shawn proposes a Peel Tower, a type of small, fortified keep built along the Scottish Marches and Northern England to protect against border raids. This will be drawn from the floor plans of an actual Peel Tower.
Senator Evan proposes the citadel of the daelkyr Orlassk, Eberron's Lord of Stone. This citadel is on the back of an enormous gargoyle that roams the underdark.
Senator Luke proposes an elven Warbird-Class spelljammer.
Senator Bryan proposes a "fantasy oil rig", dredging up the depths over a whirlpool.
Senator MacTorg proposes a dwarven pub adjacent to a human-run inn.
Senator Ryan proposes a lighthouse in a marsh, overgrown with foliage with a fungal dungeon underneath.
Senator Jon proposes the Barre Sinister, a Spelljammer pirate port built into the palm of a gigantic stone hand orbiting the sun. There are docks and several buildings, most notably the Barre, a notorious tavern where pirates come to drink and parley.
Senator Fraz-Urb'luu proposes a demonologist's tower. The abode of this master of demons is designed to keep his summoned beasts comfortable and captive, with spiked cages, carcasses hanging on butcher's hooks, and a portal to the abyss.
Senator Chaan proposes a beholder lair featuring vertical passages for the levitating orb that dwells there.
