There are three proposals making it to the runoff this month: the sun, the stone and the sea. Choose wisely:

Senator Anders proposes the Nuur al-Dini temple, devoted to a sun goddess. It will be similar in style to a grand mosque, with an ablution fountain, courtyard, hospital, congregation hall and a minaret to greet the rising sun.

Senator MacTorg proposes a small inn or fort built into a group of carved-out boulders.

Senator Jon proposes an old school of the arcane arts that was taken by a tidal tragedy and sank beneath the waves long ago. The academy's various buildings are heavily damaged but still mostly intact due to protective magics.

The sunken magic academy is the winner! I want to point out that this is only the second time someone has ever had their proposals win the Cartographic Congress three months in a row, so congrats to Jon! You pulled off the hat trick! Also, in case you're wondering, the first person to win three in a row was Anders, who proposed the sun temple this month. Now that this club has two members, you're going to need a secret handshake.
