A Patrons' Guide to Finbarr's Marsh - The Crypts (Patreon)

This is admittedly not a super-exciting annotated edition, but the reason is that, for 1-4, the rooms are all just full of either dead people, the ashes of dead people, the belongings of dead people, or memorials to dead people.  Of course, they don't have to be, but that's up to you if you prefer your dead people a little more lively or talkative than normal.

5 and 6 are a little different.  6 is just a series of underwater tunnels and caverns connecting a few rooms in the sewers, granting access to the kuo-toan ruins without digging out the tunnels.  It also provides an alternative, unguarded route into the city from the outside, should you need such a thing.

And 5 is intentionally left undescribed.  It and the building connected to it are, I think, the most interesting unmarked things on the map.  I didn't make it with anything specific in mind, other than something old, strange and forgotten.  What it is beyond that is up to you.
