Riley, Alice, and Hussein review some of the developments in the wide world of British pet ownership and a return to Victorian levels of dog-maulings to accompany the return of Victorian diseases, then we look at a startup that's reinventing a train but worse, and then read all about how Liz Truss thinks that getting rid of Boris Johnson was the wrong thing to do. Riley uncovers an awful hidden talent.

"Michael Vick played the wrong kind of football." My imagination is running wild now, thank you. Anyway, domesticated wolves don't kill people, people kill people by poorly training and maintaining their domesticated wolves.

It actually makes perfect sense that Liz Truss wants Boris back, the few weeks before he finally resigned marked the absolute (personal) high points of being a Tory that make you climb to that position in the first place. Permanent Viziermoding. If Truss had her way she wouldn't even be in power, someone with her identical policies would be in Number 10 and she would get to spend eternity giddily sharpening the knife behind them.
