It's the free one!

We speak with comedian Josie Long (@josielong) about a recent article in the Atlantic about whether or not Boris Johnson is Britain’s Trump. It’s a terrible article by a guy who knows nothing about Britain, but we wanted to get down to the individual details of why it’s just so infuriating. So, enjoy this episode where we’re in a good mental space. We also talk about a startup that, despite its name, has nothing to do with coffee.

Our country (and more specifically the ruling class) has become the personification of a failson. The fuck ups don't matter, or how many times you fuck up. It only matters when you point out the fuck ups happened and critique them. That's when they try to drive into the wilderness for the having nerve of not following the status quo. I genuinely occillate between "This country deserves better. We shouldn't have to suffer this bullshit and be told to just take it. There is another way and we should fight to the very last breath", like how Josie feels. But then also, "fuck it. Fuck the the whole thing. We're a fucking joke of a country and it's never gonna get better. Every attempt to improve it is futile, and ruling class have control over everything and can't be stopped. We deserve for this country to fall into the sea. Bring on the floods". So yeah, that's just where I am with it rn.
