Hello everyone! It's been a rough few months but I'm finally getting at the end of the line of the whole surgery thing, so i'm letting you all know what's happening and what will happen.

For starters and a refresher, I was born with something called aortic stenosis which meant i had a malformation on my aorta valve (at first thought to be a bicuspid aortic valve, now with the newest, very specific exams discovered to really be a unicuspid aortic valve with a lesion that made it look like two). I grew out with this condition just fine but time caught up with my malformation and this year doctors discovered i developed a (severe) heart insufficiency. Doctors recommended surgery back on february but recommended waiting for september to do it. I had to get checked quite a lot to test a bunch of stuff (since i developed my insufficiency somewhat fast so doctors wanted to check that) plus being checked monthly by my cardiologist to keep track of my health (hence why i've been so in and out lately).

As of late i've been receiving treatment previous surgery (since getting any kind of infection while on a weak heart after surgery may be dangerous), right now i'm finishing my dentist treatment which it will be all done by the end of september. And today i received the temptative surgery date, October 15th (give or take).

With this settled, I'm working to get all my pending work done for before surgery. I've been planning on leaving stuff scheduled here so you guys can get content while i'm on recovery.

Now a few questions i've received and i wanna clarify so you all are a bit more calm about the whole thing;

- Are you in pain?

a: Not at all, I feel the same i've always felt. Right now my only symptoms are I get tired easily and going upstairs for me is a torture rn, everything else it's fine.

- Is the surgery life threatening?

a: It's a big surgery, i won't lie. But numbers are on my side and the surgery nowadays its a somewhat safe surgery. Grandpa had a triple bypass at 80, I'm sure i can stand one valve replacement ^^

- Do you need help paying the surgery?

a: I received this question a lot. As much as i'm grateful you all are so thoughtful and have my best interest in mind, I don't want or need any help at the moment. If you wanna help me in some way, after surgery send me nice messages or cute memes c: that's enough for me.
