Deeply inspired by Crosby Street in SOHO NYC, this bite-sized street build aims to capture the stylish and industrial personality of the city. Indulge in some organic skincare pick ups, grab a chopped cheese from the local bodega and burn it off with an intense cycling session at SoulCycle before retiring to your studio apartment oasis.

• Residential lot - apartment has been play tested. *Note: I have not yet batch fixed my cc chairs, so your Sim may appear to have routing errors when trying to sit for a meal, in the apartment. You can fix this yourself by running the Sims 4 Studio batch fix for slotted chairs. I'll do so moving forward! Know that once you run this batch fix, all of the fixed chairs will be removed from your lots and you'll have to manually place them back in buy mode.
