Dogwood Apartment (November) (Patreon)

A traditionally styled (with hints of glam) family apartment. I love Atlanta's Buckhead apartments and this was loosely inspired by them. The layout for this build flows really well, so feel free to redecorate and change things around to suit your personal taste! 

• 30x20 penthouse lot in San Myshuno
• 2-3 bedrooms
• 3 bathrooms
• Functional laundry unit
• Note: the apartment has been play tested and is fully functional, but the master bed can't be used with the blankets/pillows on it. I kept them for those who want the build for screenshots; just delete those items otherwise.
• Some items have been changed + added but you won't notice them, most likely!
