Well the manga skipped this part completely so you wouldn't know her from the manga. (There is a separate manga that goes back to adapt this but it has been on hiatus for some time right as it goes into the meat of this arc)

That moment when Rudy clutched his chest, his heart started racing, his ears were ringing etc, he was basically starting to have a panic attack, but he managed to calm himself down with his "security blanket", the Holy Relic of his goddess. Sara does have a backstory that explains her behaviour, it might get explained next episode so I won’t say anything yet. But even without that backstory there is already the simple fact that Rudy is an intruder in her “family/home” and she doesn’t like it, just like Rudy she just a young teenager in contrast to the rest of counter arrow who are all adults.
