Ugh so stupid, Aisha didn't know Roxy so he should have known she wasn't there and hadn't been in awhile. Then when he saw those guards he should have known it was shady and kept his staff, OR brought Ruijerd with him and this never would have happened. Such a stupid scene like dude, you've been trapped because of stupidity or not keeping Ruijerd around you TWO times in 6 episodes or something. Way too frequent, split from him, captured. ugh lol

Read the Light Novels which is for this Episode, i think around Volume 4 or 5, then you will see some more Details for it all ^^

Even without the novel there is plenty of things to counter everything. Just because Aisha, someone that was kept prisoner, didn't interact with Roxy, a private tutor of a prince, doesn't mean she isn't there. In contrast to you as a viewer Rudy doesn't have a 3rd person view of the situation with close up's of hints and suspicious thing, you can't expect him to see the same things you get deliberately shown. Furthermore his Staff is completely irrelevant and wouldn't have helped him in any way shape or form, it would have just been a useless piece of wood in this situation. What good would it do him to have his staff in a barrier that completely prevents him from using magic ? Also Rudy could have easily taken out those guards or at least escaped from them on his own if not for that trap, he isn't some helpless baby, escaping a few regular guards is Childs play for him. Why would he keep Ruijerd around him 24/7 in situations where he is rightfully certain that he could deal with them by himself even if things go south ? Lastly your just "6 episodes" are a whole year for Rudy. A whole year where he got completely blindsided twice in completely unexpected ways.
