Rem didnt lose her Horn, dont worry. Its a bit confussing, but he only smacked the broken Sword with the Flat Side on her Head, knocking her out so that she goes Back from her almost complet Berserker State.

2021-09-19 04:40:32 Ram's horn is probably cut off by the witch cult's which explained their intense hatred for anything related to the witch. And i guess Rem was just traumatized by her own youngling reaction to when her sister lost her horn & tried to atone for it since then :( In case yaall forgot or missed it, Subaru & Ram actually talked about the story of the dragon in a children's book he borrowed (to learn their language). In the story, the dragon is a divine creature who made a covenant with one of the royal members of Lugnica a long time ago to protect and guide the country in times of turmoil. It continues to protect Lugnica up to date from a faraway place until it's contract is fulfilled. But the current situation is that the last of the royal family have died (unknown reasons), so no one knows what the dragon will do or whatnot. I'm guessing, by supporting Emilia to be the king, Roswal might the chance to meet the dragon?
