In the Manga, the Guy with the Scar didnt even pulled the Hair of this Girl, he even punched her 3 or 4 times in her Face, that her Nose started to bleeding and she looked really beaten up at the left Side of her Face. But i only take a glimpse into the Manga, i think they have.. 140-150 Chapters of it released and it is still ongoing. I also read that a lot of " Higher Ups" from Ufotable are Huge Fans of this Manga, so they give " Extra Love" to the Anime and they plan to animate the complet series ( It is possible, the Manga has very high Solding Rates in Japan and the Anime was also a long waited thing from Fans) And yeah the Voice Actor for Bakugou and the Guy with the Scar is the Same. His Name is Nobuhiko Okamoto
