Tatsuya uses his Mist Dispersion to eliminate the No Head Dragon People. Mist Dispersion (ミスト・ディスパージョン) is an undisputed A rank destructive Decomposition spell that directly decomposes the physical structure of the information targeted. It works on inanimate objects as well as living organisms. It can decompose muscles, tissue, bone, even organs into the basic molecules such as ions and the basic elements by interfering with the structural information. It is described as being considerably mundane and quiet. There is no sound or light emitted and when raised to the highest degree of Decomposition, even easily flammable materials will not ignite. The objects dissipate to dust, transform into steam and then scatter. This spell does not travel through physical space so it can be aimed through physical objects and is not limited by distance by any means. Mist Dispersion is also called Vanishing Clouds, Fog Dispersal, Demon Right. Direct interference into the structural information of an object is a form of magic of the highest difficulty. Like Gram Dispersion, Mist Dispersion also "decomposes" structural information, but the basic difference between the two is Gram Dispersion "decomposes" structural information in the 'Idea Dimension' (i.e. Psion structure - Magic Sequences and Activation Sequences) while Mist Dispersion "decomposes" structural information in the 'Physical Dimension/World'. It is a classified magic.

Decomposition (分解魔法), rather than being any particular magic is the theory on which some of Tatsuya's innate magic spells work on, namely, Mist Dispersion, Gram Dispersion, Partial-Decomposition (Partial-Mist Dispersion). It is one of the inherent abilities Tatsuya [Destruction & Recreation] was born with. Decomposition describes his "Destruction" ability while Regrowth describes his ability of "Recreation". Note: Both of these abilities are associated with Shiva (Mahesvara), the Hindu Deity of Destruction & Recreation, thus was also used to describe Tatsuya by his enemies during the Okinawa Defense Navel Battle. Decomposition is not unique to Tatsuya – there are other similar but high ranked spells that involve decomposition of matter and information – but no other magician in the past or present has been able to use decomposition to the degree that Tatsuya can. Btw: Did you know that Miyuki normally let no other Guy touch her, no matter for what Reason? Miyuki is appalled and disgusted at the thought of being touched by any other male aside from Tatsuya. Aside from dancing in social functions, the thought of another boy touching her repulses her. For Miyuki, her entire body, heart and soul is for Tatsuya alone.

The translation has an error in which its stated that its ''demon light while its actually ''demon right'' tatsuya uses his right hand to cast this spell thats why its called ''demon right''

I think you misunderstood the his last remaining emotion part, its not anger but sibling love for Miyuki. The anime doesn't explain it very well but he is not completely apathetic, he cares about his friends and does have fun with them, he can get aroused by other women but not feel love etc. At the end of the day his life revolves around his sister and he would let the whole world die if it would save her.

Didnt he later on share a Bond with his best Friends too? I mean Sure his Sister is Top Priority, but he would do anything for his best Friends too and care for there safety.

Thanks, y'all for uploading these! Now, you know why we've been calling him Godsuya. And this is only a fraction of his power. The major alluded to it while talking with the Elder. Tatsuya has several layers of limiters on his magic ability, just like that generator they wanted to release into the stadium., But it only had one level of limiter. Plus, the major told the Elder that the Crimson Prince is just an armored regiment, while Tatsuya's a strategic missile, or WMD. The anime sucks at explaining things. I wish it didn't hurt how y'all enjoy the anime.
