Season 2 is confirmed to come out in 2020. The Silver Wings Heros are the 2 from the beginning, and Kuro ( later known as Diablo) is together with 2 others among the oldest Demons in existence. His Power is almost as high as Rimurus even without a Name. Btw this is a Cannon Episode, the Author himself created this Special Episode and it is Part of the Lore of this Story. And the " Happiness" mostly vanished in the Future, if you want a small hint about Future Dark Scenes: In an certain Event that will happen in Rimuru, the Capital City, his Secretary and around 110 other Citizen will be killed from another Nation. In his Anger, mostly because he thinks it is his fault due to his Rules ( mostly the " Dont Harm Humans and other living beings) he goes to the Nation that caused the Deaths of his People, and he murdered over 15.000 People in his Rampage ( mostly Military Personal , Aristocrats and such).

I dont know anything about the Manga, but the Light Novels are up to Volume 13, with Volume 13,5 ( only in Japan) as Recap Volume, and Volume 14 that comes out in April or May in Japan, the Event i mentioned happend if i remember in Volume 5 or 6, or maybe after it ( only read something about it on a Webside.)

In Japan they have Volume 13, soon Volume 14. English Online Translated Versions are at Volume 9 like you said and in Printed Version you can get the first 4 Volumes, with Volume 5 that will release soon.
