Elements Fire won the Eisner last night for Best Anthology!

I was really happy to be a part of this groundbreaking anthology featuring diverse stories from the minds of creators of color, and it continues racking up accolades, having won both an Ignatz and an IPPY in the past few months.

This comic is sci-fi, cuz that's what I do, and some stuff might seem a little familiar since I was thinking of Mare stuff while I was doing it. But it's mostly about respecting boundaries. I love the trope of exploring the unknown, but it's also important to realize that curiosity is not an excuse for disrespecting boundaries.

I realized I hadn't uploaded the comic here yet, so I'm doing that now to say thanks.

In IRL updates, I'm in the final month of my Mare Internum book process (yes it has taken a very very long time) and I can't wait to be finally free. I have a lot planned for the Patreon as thanks for everything this year, which has possibly been one of the toughest on record. I truly don't know where I'd be without you guys and when I get back it is going to be with some stuff I've been dying to do... more icon making and commissions, finally fulfilling my giveaways and doing some new ones, and of course all this goddamn content I've been sitting on all summer.

Anyways, hope you enjoy the comic~

Rengin Tumer

I just got around to reading Pulse. I got chills from the last frame! Could totally envision the sound. Love your message. I hope I can channel my own into my graphic novel as clearly yet empathically as you do with yours.
